Festival of Light in Berlin, 14 - 25 Oct 2009

Mit einem Feuerwerk an Illuminationen und Veranstaltungen verwandelt das FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS™ auch 2009 wieder die deutsche Hauptstadt zwei Wochen lang in eine einzigartige Glitzermetropole. Weltberühmte historische Wahrzeichen und Orte Berlins wie das Brandenburger Tor, der Funkturm, der Berliner Dom und der Fernsehturm werden spektakulär mit Licht, Events, Projektionen und Feuerwerk in Szene gesetzt. Begleitet wird das Festival von zahlreichen Kunst- und Kulturveranstaltungen rund um das Thema Licht

For the fifth time, the FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS™ will turn Berlin into a sparkling metropolis with a firework of illuminations and events for two weeks from 14th to 25th October, 2009. World-famous historical landmarks and spots in Berlin, e.g. the Brandenburg Gate, the Television or Radio Tower will be staged impressively by means of light, events, projections and fireworks. Complementary to the festival, there will be numerous cultural events dealing with the subject “light”.

The City Stiftung Berlin, the Union Investment Real Estate AG, the light artist Andreas Boehlke and the festival coordinator Birgit Zander with her agency Zander & Partner Event-Marketing GmbH are the initiators and organisers of the festival.

Kalau di jakarta dibuat festival serupa saya akan pilih kawasan kota tua di Jakarta Kota....pasti akan sangat cantik sekali dimalam hari and eksotis....
trus kawasan pohon disudirman akan saya sulap warna warni diwaktu malam...trus sepanjang jembatan layang ancol - cawang akan dikasih lampu juga...

Seandainya Jakarta bisa melakukan hal serupa pasti sangat cantik sekali...sayang tamannya tidak sebaik di Berlin...Ich vermisse Berlin
